2. Please show same quantity, gross weight and volume on HBL and MBL.
3. Please show our AIN Number on MBL (Consignee column).
4. Please ensure to put consignee VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER on HBL (description column). It can be found on L/C with shipper.
5. HBL number should not be more than 17 digits.
6. Please provide us copy of HBL and MBL immediately upon departure of the vessel, but must be within 24 hours of vessel sailing from last port in order to submit manifest to port and customs. Delay manifest will cause of penalty and delay delivery.
