Please keep in mind the followings while you send any air shipment to Bangladesh:
1. Please put CONSOL SHPT at description column on MAWB.
2. Gross/Chargeable weight must be same on HAWB and MAWB, otherwise customs will make penalty.
3. Original HAWB and cargo manifest should be accompanied as a pouch of MAWB
4. Original 2 (for consignee) with terms and condition in back page and COPY-4 (DELIVERY RECEIPT) of original HAWB must be accompanied in pouch of MAWB.
5. MAWB number must put on HAWB.
6. We need Pre-Alert docs (copy of HAWB & MAWB) as early as possible.
7. No extra correction on HAWB.
8. DG fee is applicable by airport authority (only for DG shpt)
9. Origin airlines must update WORLD CARGO MANIFEST, otherwise consignee will not able to take delivery. So origin agent should remind related airlines about updating WORLD CARGO MANIFEST. If any mistake found on above points, need to pay additional cost/penalty to the authority. Cnee also blames as mistake of our origin agent.
